会员5409：前台的小哥哥小姐姐很热情，又帅有漂亮，处理事情的方式我也是很认可，必须点赞，但是作为酒店人去哪里都是很注意细节的，所以要提醒一下：第一、做房间卫生的大姐，做房车一定不能放在过道中间，这样客人不好走；第二、房间卫生总体还是可以的，但地上有渣子，死角卫生够彻底，部分物品摆放的位置不是很方便客人使用。: 2019-05-16

会员7573：酒店位置、交通、环境都挺好的，早餐种类也多。房间的灯光布局都很好。订的是电影房，第一晚投影仪用不了打了几次电话前台说让人来看都没有来，第二晚再说才说是没电了给我们充电器才用到投影，只看了一场电影，觉得很不值。另外电梯里面和走廊里烟味比较重: 2019-02-24
