We had to leave very early in the morning to catch our flight. The hotel receptionist helped us get a minivan taxi to accommodate all 6 of us. She also gave us disposable rain coats as we had to walk a few minutes to the taxi in the rain. The hotel gave us some snacks as well because we had to leave before the hotel breakfast time. Upper Inn is very conveniently located, less than 5 minute walk from the metro. We would highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay at the Upper Inn, if we visit Hangzhou.
