Guest：本人于114/2/8入住810号房，马桶水箱故障、饭店室内电话没有接电话线，告知柜台要求换房间，且与朋友有约急出门，结果答案是不能换房间，会请水电来修缮。聚会结束回来看，修缮后也没有清洁的很乾净，垃圾桶下一样有积水，湿掉的脚踏垫也没有一并做更换，看得出来随便擦一擦，因为当时家人都累了，小朋友也在睡觉，想电联柜台，但电话线依旧没有装上去，到这里已经使我很不满了，接着因为寒流来袭房间内很冷，比外面走廊还冷，亲自到一楼问柜台问是否有装设暖气，回应是没有，也顺便询问电话线的部分，这样有事情就不用再亲自跑下来，夜间柜台的反应是慌张不知如果处理，东找西找我看不下去不想装了，回房间后准备入睡，落地窗一直灌冷风进来，整晚都在帮孩子盖被子。隔日退房，忘了带走冰箱的一盒大湖草莓，电联饭店得知被房务丢掉，孩子的回忆也同时被丢掉了，其实入住有留电话，怎么不打一下呢？我们景点都在附近，可以马上回来拿，这一切的一切实在真的令我太生气了。: 2025-02-01

Guest：最大优点：有停车位还价格优惠。基本优点：床铺乾净，毛巾也行。虽然建筑老旧，但是一切都还可以。没有早餐但是有给面包当简易早餐。简直是超值。唯一不行的就是洗澡的部分，只给一颗星。热水会超热，水量温度不好控制。莲蓬头很烂，很烂就是指挂在墙壁不稳定，角度不能调，水喷出来是令人很不爽的那种。花洒一整个大漏水状态，还差一点整支掉下来。拜托：虾皮买新的莲蓬头+可调角度的挂座只要100多，花洒乾脆拆掉，完成后就是五颗星，赶紧处理吧！（我是住706房）: 2025-02-01

Guest：华登饭店是一家老饭店，但是交通方便，有停车场，房间乾净，服务人员态度亲切！值得住宿！??: 2025-03-01
