Guest：Everything is perfect until I leave the city, I booked the Tuktuk car to the train station in the hotel, and they charged me 50,000 kip, the next day when the Tuktuk took me to the train station, the driver asked me for 100,000 kip, I think there might be some misunderstanding so I let him call the hotel, after a very long and ineffective communication, the man from the hotel told me on the phone that I need to pay another 50,000 kip to the driver. I don’t understand why they do this, this just ruined my mood on my departure.
Guest：The hotel has large, clean rooms, but the toilet design is not suitable. When showering, water spills onto the bathroom floor. The storage shelf above the toilet is inconvenient. The glassware and cups are not very clean. On the positive side, the manager speaks Vietnamese fluently and can communicate well in English, Chinese, and Lao. The hotel is 700 meters from the night streets, making it convenient for travel. However, the provided drinking water has a very small volume. I think the hotel only needs to refine some design and cleanliness aspects to be worthy of a 5-star rating. This review does not mean the hotel is bad—in general, for someone easygoing like me, it's okay. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is clean and delicious.
Guest：The staff at this hotel is super nice. They go above and beyond to help you figure out what to do in Vang Vieng. The breakfast is generous and tasty.
Guest：Dirty toilet & poor drainage. Lift smells like puke for 2 out of 3 days when we were there. Front desk staffs were unfriendly and nobody ever greets you. Slightly out of main town area. Both of us got bitten by bedbug. Bedsheet was dirty with black flakes all over.
