Guest：it all started with a bad welcome, there was no pickup provided, we had to manage a taxi to arrive at the hotel, at the time of arrival staff acted so rude and wasn't at all friendly to respond, since it was our first experience at that place, there was no favor of anyone for such freshers likes us. Also, the worst part was we already did online payment to this hotel in advance in fear of mismanagement of our trip, even though it was a huge amount paid, wasn't worth the service, they made us wait for 5 hours straight to get our booked room, afterall we waited and roamed around by the time, yet the room wasn't the one they showed us online in photos, which made us tenser, then the food services was not upto mark, the staff was not so responsive to their guests, even the main owner didn't mind to satisfy their costumers at all.
