Parties or events thrown onsite without prior approval will be fined our $1,500 event fee. If property is left in an excessively dirty condition, a $250 fee will be applied. Late check out is by request AT LEAST 48 hours in advance, and a $100 fee applies. Early check in is available by request, and a fee of $100 applies for a last minute requests.We have one Ring doorbell security camera on the premises which is located outside of the house at the front door for security purposes. Any damage or extra guests/pets not paid for that we can prove with the Ring camera will be charged upon your stay.RV gate on site for small trailers and toys and fully gated for pets.For discounted weekly/monthly stays, supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc) will be provided for at least one week.
