  • Guest：We are here now. cannot fault the location. Literally 2 minute walk into main town. Apartments are basic but clean and air con is great, but is an extra charge. This is our 2nd week and last week was much quieter so having a sunbed by the pool was no problem. This week, however, the building is fully booked. There are only 10 sunbeds for at least 30-40 people! We asked this morning if they had any more sunbeds, as other guests have, and they just said 'no'. As people who come here to relax, we love laying by the pool but the fact they didn't even acknowledge or attempt to rectify the situation is a deal breaker for us. We would have came back here next year but the lack of sunbeds is a big no for us. Really disappointed that we were dismissed when we asked about them also.
  • Guest：Wonderful small hotel run by a charming Turkish family. Nice pool,excellent location minutes walk from town and the river. Comfortable, clean and quiet room. Top tip rent a bicycle!
  • Guest：Have been to Dalyan many times and usually book a villa with family. This was a flying visit, just 4 nights. We had an upstairs apartment overlooking the street at the back of the property. Apartment was clean and tidy, aircon in bedroom. Kitchen area has a gas hob, no oven or microwave and no electric kettle. This was fine for us for just a few days. Shower was fine with hot water. Beds were comfy. Nice balcony at the back. If you like early nights, a light sleeper, or have small children you might be better off with a room at the front as there was a bar just over a street away who had loud live music every night. Didn’t bother us but might bother some. Otherwise the hotel is very quiet despite being in the middle of town. Supermarket across the road and location is very convenient. Dolmus to beach just a couple of minutes walk away. The family who run the place are very friendly and helpful We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice enough. Always plenty of sun loungers. There is also a small snack bar.
  • Guest：This apartments are in great location only minutes to turtle roundabout and restraunts and bars ..the people who own are very hospitable will do anything for you .grandad made us some ice cream one day because the day before they didn't have any when I asked and doughnuts another day lovely man .and grandma and the two brothers also friendly ..clean rooms comfy beds .pool relaxing place to sunbathe .would definitely recommend and hope to return soon
