Guest：My wife and I have just returned from a superb 10 days at this resort. The Dalyan Resort Spa Hotel is nothing short of excellent. It is in a superb location on the river and a short walk into town where there are an abundance of bars and restaurants. We found the hotel, which is family owned and who live on site, spotlessly clean and superbly managed throughout. The rooms are of generous proportions, well equipped and cleaned immaculately every day. The entire staff were customer facing, pleasant and couldn't do enough to make our stay extremely enjoyable. Special mention must go to Ali at the pool and John at the bar. Breakfast is a simple affair with salads, cheeses, cold meats and olives. It also includes freshly made breads, pancakes and omelettes each morning which are delicious. Lunch and dinner are ala carte with a comprehensive menu which is equally delicious. There are two pools. One serves families with children under twelve whilst the other caters for couples. There is a Spa and a well equipped gymnasium. All in all a very enjoyable holiday. I highly recommend this hotel and will be returning next year.

Guest：We arrived here at 3am in the morning very tied. I had contacted the hotel in advance to request a twin room not a double bed etc but with we arrived, yep we were given a double. Refused this so were then taken to an upstairs family room (we had paid to upgrade on the booking for a deluxe room) and told we’d had to sleep there for the night. They did move us the next day. We then realised we had booked the Spa Hotel which was adults only but they put us in the no adults only side. We didn’t make a fuss as actually preferred the atmosphere this side. Our flight home was not until gone 10pm so we requested a late check out. The man on reception was so rude to me that morning, refused my late check out then told me if I paid ￡50 I could have the room til 4pm which was no good as not leaving til 7pm and so hot to just sit around waiting so we showered and changed in the gym. Not ideal but it worked. Appalled at the way we spoke to me tho. John the barman is wonderful and Ali the pool/help guy is absolutely amazing these people make the place not the reception staff who need a course on customer service!
