Guest：The room was small. Asked to change rooms with our sister who was just there for one night. Management found it impossible to accommodate an simple request. The cleaning ladies were were awesome.
Guest：Liked: The area is very walkable and there are lots of food options Even though there is no on-site manager, most phone requests and questions were answered promptly and efficiently. Disliked: The worst part of the experience was the inconsistent water temperature in the shower; it constantly fluctuated between too hot and too cold. Showering requires dancing under the shower when it's tolerable and out when it's out of range. Parking was very inconvenient and expensive. The lot was 8 minutes from the hotel, walking, but 25 minutes driving through the maze of streets. Don't use a car. Despite the mostly responsive service. There was a false alarm blaring in the building and it wasn't turned off until 45 minutes after I reported it.

Guest：Todo estuvo genial... la habitación estaba muy limpia, decorada con estilo, espaciosa y con vistas a la calle. La cama era comodísima y la ubicación simplemente inmejorable, en pleno centro de Oporto, rodeado de restaurantes y locales con mucho ambiente. Me encantó el sistema de acceso con código, mucho más práctico que las llaves o tarjetas. Además, contacté por WhatsApp para una consulta y me atendieron enseguida, con mucha amabilidad. Por la noche se escucha algo de movimiento por la zona, pero el hotel deja tapones para los oídos, un detalle que se agradece. A mí personalmente me encantó el ambiente del barrio, con opciones para todos los gustos. Si os gusta desayunar o hacer brunch, no os perdáis Lazy, una cafetería preciosa y muy cerca, o el popular Nicolau, a solo unos minutos andando. Totalmente recomendable!!! Sin duda, repetiría en mi próxima visita a Oporto.
