Guest：One of my remarkable vacations! We stayed in wadi jebal. Everything about the property was amazing and I mean everything! Guest relations & reservation team are truly professional. They are in ongoing contact from the moment we booked till the check out. We faced an issue in first property we booked and they did their best to change it without any hesitation in no time! Guest：First a wrong Villa has been attributed We needed to change Secondly we advised that AC is not working in the little room downstairs. We were promised it will be repaired. When housekeeping came to clean the villa they tried to repair only instead of cooling the AC was heating… I had to leave the villa three days before my end of holidays as there was no way to sleep. … Also I have difficulties to understand that no salt, no vinagar, no oil, cleaning pads etc just basics can be found in the villa. This means all groceries need to be bought first and this for a weekly stay only. It’s sure that I will not come back to Vesta residence. No pool and far away from the beach. Without car it’s not possible ! Also no reply to any mails or messages.

Guest：We rented villa 2M in Jebal Ali. It was clean (sand dust on the floor cannot be avoided as it is windy most of the time) and all in functional order. The equipment is basic but just ok to do your own cooking. We enjoyed the views comfy seating areas. Bed was also good as well as shower. There was alway water and electricity. We rented a Golf cart at Hoppers ($51/day on weekly package - quite pricy…) which is essential to get around on Soma Bay and to buy food in the market at Marina. With that we had great fun and went out for drinks, coffee, windsurfing, snorkling etc. Housekeeping came around very 2nd or 3rd day. It‘s also good that you are in a gated area on Soma Bay which makes you feel secure and have a very good infrastructure. TO IMPROVE: there are no hangers for towels nowhere. There are also no mounts for toilet paper. Also some kitchen towels would help. Entry registration process for security gate needs to be improved much!!! We had about 15min to exchange passport pictures with Vesta and back to security gate until we could pass. Why don‘t you provide this info to security gate before arrrival as you collect the passport foto upfront???? Very inefficient. Also provide the checkin passwords 1 (one!) day before arrival. -＞ without a mobile network you cannot get in All in all we enjoyed our stay but be aware that thing work different in Egypt sometimes.

Guest：We stayed at VESTA's administered villa in Bay West. The house was spotless when we arrived. Merna who was managing our stay was super helpful and responsive at all times. The cleaning team who came every other day were diligent and respectful. 100% will use VESTA once again. Thank you. Keep up the food work.
