? Pool/Spa Heating: POOL/SPA heat is available for $40 per night and must be purchased for the duration of your stay. Heating typically runs on a timer from morning to evening each day. If your stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the pool may not heat to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

? Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the?full?effects.

-Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not?enter?indoors.

? BBQ Grill Rental: A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a third-party company for an additional charge. If you are interested, please let us know, and we will provide more information for setup.
