Guest：We loved this property. Only negative is the map on ******* showed it closer to the pier - it was about 3km walk and unless you can get a free parking spot parking was expensive… but…. We loved how quiet it was and would book again!

Guest：The property is managed by Knutson & Associates. It is very small and was not properly cleaned. The fans were dusty, and one of the blankets had stains, which made me think it hadn’t been washed. I had to rewash the blankets myself to be sure they were clean.
There’s a broom on the wall as decoration, but it was covered in cobwebs. The bathtub had sticky decals on it, and the bathroom trash can was rusty. I also had to call the management company to have one of the cabinets repaired.
There are instructions posted everywhere about what to do and what not to do. We had trouble with the front door lock—it was difficult to open and lock properly. While instructions were texted to me, the lock should be repaired to make it easier for guests instead of causing frustration every time.
There’s even a picture showing how the furniture should be arranged. It felt overwhelming trying to make sure my family and I didn’t make any mistakes. There are also extra fees posted for things like scratching the floor.
I was required to ensure that any extra sheets or towels used were washed before check-out, which I think is asking too much of guests.
