Guest：Everything was extraordinary, the food very good, diversified and for all tastes, the staff very attentive to the needs of the customers (from the maid to the manager), location close to the beach, comfortable and very clean rooms and my baby girl slept excellently! Guest：Super kindly staff especcially Hilal. She helped us a lot. We got an thai massage treatment with hot stones. And got a lot of information about the city which made our vacation more pleasent. If there were more Hilal’s I’d advice every hotel one of this girl as an animation member!

Guest：First time we stayed at Olu Deniz in 25 years going to this area and not the last time.We stayed for 10 nights at Belcekum hotel this is a lovely hotel with great staff all who are willing to help you from the chef’s and bar staff (Fathi- Soner)and restaurant staff (Dogukan- Fatmanur)also the entertainment guys (Astro-serger). There was different nationalities from English- Austrian-Swiss and Russian and of course Turkish but everyone got on well and joining in with the entertainment but the best night I’d Turkish night where all the staff join in.Met some great people Anita and Aaron( Birmingham )who we got on well with and Tash (Moscow) and Sophie and her boyfriend sorry I forgot your name.Lucky to see the owner coming round keeping a low profile making sure everyone was happy. There was plenty to choose from at meal times and food from the pool area like pizza wraps and burgers and salad also ice cream twice a day.Only thing I can say is that we had a night flight and couldn’t keep our room on because we had to be out of our room by 12 lunchtime but if they had a room it was €10 an hour it’s not the hotel though but the tour company they should keep it in mind people who have to wait around for their flight and without a room to pay extra. P.s You get a kettle and hair dryer and a fridge with 4 tins of fizzy drinks. But thanks Belcekum for a fantastic holiday and will be back in the future .
