Guest：Jenny quoted 2 different prices for transportation from cruise port for two different couples for same service. Bedroom ac did not work. Communication with “concierge” (Jenny) was very slow and not dependable. Pictures on web site are misleading. The outdoor patio only for the penthouse. Otherwise was very clean and convenient to shopping and dining.

Guest：It was difficult to get into property as we had to get passcode, nobody was able to check us in. There is a bar below that kept us up til 2am each night. We were on the 3rd floor and either had to take a lot of stairs or this very small elevator. I would avoid this place.
