Guest：The hotel Is quite nice, and the staff Is very friendly and helpful going out of their way to meet our needs, however the day we were there there was no hot water. Breakfast was great, and coffee superb. It Is served in an outdoor terrace overlooking the town and with a great view of " Nevado de Colima" an extinct volcano in the Jalisco Colima border.

Guest：This hotel was absolutely beautiful! It is high up on a hill overlooking the entire town of Tapalpa. The Mexican decor is gorgeous, and the room was perfect! There was a heater which took the cold edge off at night, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was hot. Breakfast was made to order with delicious fruit and eggs any way you like with ham or bacon. Carlos and his staff do an amazing job to make sure you were comfortable and happy. Our Spanish language skills are not the greatest and Karina was always there with a translation on her smart phone to make sure all was good, and we had everything we needed. If you want to explore a wonderful authentic Mexican town in the mountains, this is it! We even found a very talented lady that sold handmade woolen sweaters, blankets, hats, and scarves she wove on a loom! The hotel even had private, secure parking on the premises and the town felt very safe. We would definitely return!

Guest：Cerca del centro y muy amable todo el personal , te dan Cafe y galletas y desayuno incluido. Habitaciones limpias y confortables , está ubicado en calle alto elevada por lo qué hay que subir , de los pocos que están cerca al pueblo y tienen estacionamiento
