  • Guest：After staying at their property at Durrung, we selected this property to stay in Kochi The room and the facilities fine Food here was pathetic No taste ... no ethnic We had 2 meals Both are pathetic Food has no taste! Overall, very lousy experience here !
  • Guest：We stayed here for a night on 25th June, 2025. Afte staying in their property at Tezpur in Assam, we chose this place in Kochi. We were received at the road by Mr. Abhed and his team as the cars won't go inside the narrow Jews Lane. The check in process was smooth and we were given Gallery 1, perhaps their finest room ? The room was quite spacious with a bath tub inside and 2 huge windows facing the street. The room was well done and the walls were pained with contemporary artists. We had our lunch, dinner and breakfast there. We chose the local Kerala cuisine and the food was very tasty ! The staff and Mr. Abhed were very polite and helpful. We enjoyed this stay, far exceeding our expectations. Definitely, would visit again
  • Guest：Long weekend… and we planned a trip to Kochi. I am so glad we did… our place to stay was Postcard Mandalay Hall in the heart of Jew Town… it’s a stunning 5 rooms (called gallery) boutique place.. Team led by Abhed is outstanding… the chef is a magician and the entire staff is amazing.. the way they took care of us was beyond belief… the small gestures and that forever warm smiles.. we will return for sure.
  • Guest：The Poscard Mandalay Hall Cochin was outstanding for so many reasons - the Front of House Manager Ranjiit and his staff went above and beyond for service and dedication to this amazing boutque Hotel in the heart of Jew Town Cochin. Our stay was so memorable The housekeeping and the rooms were simply fabulous. The photograps on TA definately dont do it justice. From the first moment they collected is from our taxi at the end of their road (the location is pederstrian only) to the time we left the hotel. Check out the new internal mural which is NOT SHOWN on the TA photos when you visit Their attention to detail goes above and beyond aything we have experienced in India and we travelled quite extensively. We have stayed in amazing five star hotels and The Postcard Mandalay Hall was simply the best!.. Little touches - like a straw for drinks was always presented in a little box. The "take me home" bag was left onthe bed before our departure so that we could take home the toiletries. The black and white striped luggage tags attached to our luggage. The friendliest lovliest staff so highly trained to make one feel special. The little restaurant served lovely food and the breakfast smoothies - delicious. Thank you Postcard we will be visiting your other properties
