Guest：Great experience here with a group of 17 family members. Staff were super and did everything we asked of them. The lift was a little noisy as it stopped at each floor which was a bit irritating and when I reported it to management, they had the very next day a team of technicans call to the Hotel and sort it all, brilliant service. Thanks to Yuri and Haroon in particular for looking after us so diligently, a great team of people working in this Hotel!
