Guest：Our second stay in beautiful Wroclaw and we decided to stay in this hotel as I think it is relatively new and in a good location near the Old Town. The staff are helpful and professional. The hotel is clean and really nice. Our room was really spacious and had a lovely bed and beautiful bathroom. The breakfasts were nice and had a good varied selection. In our room we had a free mini bar with soft drinks and water. If I had to pick some negatives I would say : There was no bottle opener in the room to open the bottled drinks. Our room was not made up one day as we were unaware that you had to put the sign outside to say make up the room. The orange juice at breakfast was not of good quality. ( I am a bit of an orange juice snob I admit. ) The breakfast area isn’t very big for the amount of guests especially at weekends when it was very busy and was really crowded. In the bathroom at the sink the bottle which should have been soap to wash your hands was in fact shampoo. That is just me being picky and overall the hotel is really nice and it was lovely to stay in a hotel that is quite new.
