  • Guest：Absolutely fascinating, the taste, the style, the service, the food, the onsen, the caring, the details, everything is done with utmost strive for perfection. The set french dinner and Japanese dinner is astonishing, comparable to Michelin star level in our opinion. The staff are super friendly and caring, even though we need google translate at times, they still provided the best service I have ever experienced. The inroom onsen is perfect for family and the toys and tree house in the one and only family room made my kids so happy everyday!
