Check-in Procedure

Scan the QR code, receive the printed receipt, and proceed to the room indicated by the room number on the receipt.
Enter the 4-digit access code on the remote door lock and press the lock icon to unlock.
Cancellation Policy for Typhoons and Natural Disasters
Special provisions apply in the event of typhoons or natural disasters.
Regardless of the standard cancellation policy, cancellation fees will be waived if any of the following conditions apply:
A Storm Warning or Special Warning issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency is in effect at the property location.
On the day before or the day of your stay, major transportation services required for travel
(such as Shinkansen, flights, or expressways) are suspended or closed.
The property determines that operations are not feasible due to circumstances such as power outages, water shortages, or road closures.
Please note: Weather forecasts or advisories alone (e.g., “a typhoon may approach”) do not qualify for free cancellation.
In such cases, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
