  • Guest：From the moment you arrive at the reception, you can't help but feel a tranquility that soothes your soul. the openness of the lobby, and the warm welcome given by the staff makes you wonder why every hotel doesn't feel this way. can't overstate how hospitable the staff are, and since our purpose here was to indulge and relax, i can safely say that this was overly accomplished. would highly recommend anyone seeking to chill and unwind and just embrace life, to come to Sala Mai Khao Resort.
  • Guest：The hotel is quite busy, and the service doesn’t seem to match the high price. The restaurant staff appear to be operating in the same way, with little oversight. I’ve never seen the GM walking the property, and most employees just do their tasks without much supervision, often leaving customers waiting for long periods. The food takes a long time to arrive at the table. On the positive side, the staff are very friendly. The main pool is crowded, so I opted for the private pool behind my room, though the water was a bit chilly. Personally, I like the location, even though it’s far from the city.
