Guest：I have very good experience in this hotel with my wife, not only the excellent natural sea view but most impressive the empathetical services provided by hotel service team! I have to stop the vacation due to my grandpa critical illness notice received on Dec 20, we have to terminate my 4 nights booking after only 1 night stay. Eventually Ctrip agency helps me well coordinated with Natural resort for a kind settlement for us and the process reflects the full of human empathiness. Even I was felt the kindness from hotel service team when I initially communicated my grandapa case with her at hotel that time... Although it is not a perfect travel for me and my wife this time but I do promise to back again Phi Phi Natual resort! Thanks the hotel service team the warm and kindness i was felt... All the best!
