Guest：Welcoming, family-run, lakefront property, 5 minutes from Picton. Cabin #5 (Catfish) had a nice deck and BBQ (full sun, other cabins had shade) with a view towards the lake and sunset. It had a roomy, well equipped, kitchen, dining, sitting area. Pool hadn't opened yet but the docks and boats options made heading out on the water easy. A 5 minute drive to Picton for groceries or a walk along the harbour and to check out the shops.

Guest：We had an awesome time at Merland Park this weekend with our two young kids (4 and 2) and extended family. The cabins were cosy, the boats were always at hand and easy to use, the staff was available if you needed anything, the docks were filled with fish to keep the little ones entertained, and the location can't be beat. We drove the boat right to the docks in Picton and were steps from the cute restaurants and coffee shops that have made the town so popular. Highly recommend!

Guest：Merland Cottages was a lovely place with great owners and friendly staff. The cottage was clean and lots to do there and nearby. We stayed in a large cottage named "Mikey Big Fish" my family and I had more than enough space. We will certainly be back and will to recommend to friends and family. The Niles Family 2025.

Guest：I come down every year for a family picnic I had asked for the motel room because It is just me and my pup and that is all I need, when I got there I was upgraded to a 3 bedroom cottage right on the water lots of room , great view. There were lots of kids everyone having fun bonfires at night marsh mellows being roasted very friendly Neighbour's. No increase in price. No problems that I could see, sure some of the cottages were older than others I have been in many of them over the years and they are great value for the money and I have never been disappointed. don't overlook this place it is great value with friendly staff it will never be a five star hotel like the Cribs on main and I hope it never is. thanks for the stay see you next year Dave
