Guest：It has very poor internet, a mediocre/poor breakfast with terrible service, I was almost ignored at points. The TV was tiny and probably dated back to the 80s as some of the channels were black and white or static! I didn’t try the pool as my luggage was lost at this point, however the ladders into the pool need a lot of maintenance as they were very wobbly. The toilet in my room broke but was fixed. Important calls from Brazil about lost luggage were not put through properly, this caused me a lot of anxiety and frustration. Although the front desk staff tried to be helpful they didn’t really do much to help.
Guest：Buena atención. El desayuno no es muy bueno. Y a veces no esta listo a la hora que abren. Buena ubicación. El ultimo dia pedi que me despertaran a las 6.30 Nadie llamó.. Cuando bajo le aviso de esto al conserje y su respuesta fue: " Ah yo recién llego.."
Guest：hotel antiguo, que cumple. no es nada lujoso y hay partes más viejas, como los ascensores. fui cuando hacía frío por lo tanto no accedimos a la pileta. la ubicación excelente, cerquita de locales, comedores y tenés la peatonal a unas cuadras.
Guest：Un hotel se?orial, muy cuidado y cerca de todo. Habitaciones grandes y cómodas, ba?o amplio con bidet y una ba?era grande como las de antes. El desayuno buffet, con ensalada de frutas, fiambres, yogur, cereales, jugo y panificados de excelente calidad. Estaba fresco para usar la pileta (agosto), sin embargo estaba impecable. Y lo mejor, la calidad de la atención y amabilidad del personal. óptima relación precio / calidad para una estancia en Mendoza.
