  • Guest：We stayed for two nights for the first time and have to say that we had a lovely time. Tracy, the host, was amazing. She could not have been more helpful. The room was lovely. It was clean and had everything you expect. Parking was a great bonus. We will definitely be back.
  • Guest：What a lovely hotel, so welcoming and friendly. We had a suite, lovely room, space for our teenager too so didn’t feel on top of each other. The decor is beautiful and very clean, you can tell they all really take pride in the hotel. Very handy location too, little cafe around the corner for breakfast. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we return. Thank you ??
  • Guest：Stayed in Room 4 in April 2025. Amy greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. Showed us to our room. We had all the necessary codes emailed to us to get in in case there was no one on reception, which was helpful. Nicely decorated and had a massive bath in the separate bathroom. On a quiet street right by the city walls and the racecourse. Limited parking round the back, but fine whilst we were there. Only 7 rooms in the building so feels special. A 5 minute walk to the centre where there are numerous cafes and places to eat as there's no food served on site.
  • Guest：Beautiful little hotel, perfect location next to racecourse and just a couple of streets away from bars, restaurants and shops. We booked a 3 night stay and were thrilled to be offered an upgrade to the recently opened apartment on top floor (The Paddock). Tracy is amazing and so friendly and welcoming. Texting details of door codes, parking directions, prior to our arrival to ensure there were no problems. We managed to reserve a parking space at the property for our stay which was great. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, with everything you need. Will definitely return to this lovely hotel .
