Guest：Gorgeous self catering room. Everything well thought out and beautifully decorated throughout. Owner Hilary very welcoming. Great location, 10 minutes walk to Dunkeld. Beds a little firm but that's purely my personal choice. I can't wait to come back to stay here again.

Guest：Had the most wonderful stay in Reid's Apartment! Beautifully decorated, immaculate order , comfortable , cosy and five star clean ! Hilary is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble, Great location for exploring Perthshire . We will return and highly recommend .

Guest：Would highly recommend this self catering setup. The owner could not have been more helpful and we were able to lock our bikes safely away in her shed. It is situation in a lovely Birnum/Dunkeld within a very close walk to the river, the Beatrix Potter museum and cafe and a few interesting independent shops. The rooms were exceptionally spacious with a kitchen area which provided all that you need for self catering. Would highly recommend.

Guest：I had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful, light-filled room with a nice little bathroom and a well-equipped, very clean kitchenette. A truly pleasant place to unwind and relax. I am already looking forward to my next visit.
