Guest：The reception is at a different location, but it turned out to be very easy to navigate. The hotel is in a cute little side spot and you will be shocked once you enter the area where it actually is. Very clean and convenient. Highly recommend!

Guest：The reception was a hassle 10 minutes walking from the Hotel and definitely not convenient also the room wasn’t the best and almost non room for luggage! The location was great . City wasn’t friendly nobody speaks English

Guest：The room was great: lots of space. Location is really great, convenient to the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery. The space really helped me feel like a local. It is a bit of a hike from where you need to check in, though.
