Guest：The San Tomaso Terrazza apartment in the San Tomaso building was excellent. It was spacious, nicely decorated with a bit of character and well-equipped for a short stay. Our delayed flight made our arrival later than the regular check-in time, but the staff sent us details to enable a late self check-in, which went totally smoothly. We found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful at all times. The location of the apartments is very good, being about half-way between the lower town and the scenic upper town. Our only negatives are that we could not find any English-language television channels (to watch nightly world news mainly) and the bathroom basin water was not really hot enough for shaving (I know, that is a bit picky).

Guest：Wow, what a place! The service was so attentive, even from before getting to the apartment - lots of information was given including local recommendations and regional specialities. Great location - close to the new town shops and walking distance to the bus stops/funicular to access the old town. The apartment itself had everything you could want, and included a coupe of bottles of fresh juice, coffee and biscuits. Lots of room, stylish and a smart TV - even had umbrellas outside your door for use. The only downside is that there isn't a view as it looks onto the courtyard/car parking area. However, the building has some old charm, especially the corridor and the view didn't detract from the pleasantry of the place. I would 100% recommend staying here - you will not be disappointed.

Guest：We stayed at Rego Apartments as a family of six and had a fantastic experience. The whole concept of the apartments is beautiful, and everything is very well thought out. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our family. The location is excellent-ideal for exploring Bergamo and really soaking in the atmosphere of the city. We would love to come back and stay longer, as Bergamo is truly worth a visit! Visiting in the low season was exactly what we were looking for-a true Italian experience with hardly any tourists. The food was incredible, and the people were warm and welcoming-absolutely fabulous. Highly recommended, and we hope to return soon!

Guest：Apartamento perfecto, moderno, limpio, comodo y bien atendido. Como unica pega falti de luz en el ba?o y el check out coincide con el inicio del horario de la recepción. Toca esperar a que lleguen. Muy bien dotado de utensilios y co.o detalle de bienvenida hay pasta,salsa de tomate y las recomensaciones para preparar pasta.
