  • Guest：The room wasn't as clean as it could have been floors, couch was dirty, and pillow cases were dingy. Also, when customers were checking out the housekeeping staff had their carts everywhere and were monopolizing the elevators.
  • Guest：The room and hotel were clean. The gym is decent. The staff were nice. I didn’t expect the $3 / day fee for parking and wish the hotel included free parking. The breakfast was the usual “free breakfast” at hotels. The door to our room had an issue to where the lock would come out and prevent it from closing properly, so we had to twist the nob back and forth until we got the lock to go back in place in order to close the door whenever we would go out. Not a horrible experience.
