Lawn Care: ?? Our professional landscaping team, Good Ole Bois SD, usually visits on the 2nd/3rd week of each month, with a start time of 9 AM (earliest) ??. Please note, the schedule may vary depending on weather conditions. ????? ??

Please treat our home like your own! We put a lot of effort in to make it a fun place to stay and we want to keep it in great shape.

***No parties or events are allowed. Violation will result in a $500 per night fine
***Smoking indoors will result in a $500 fine.
***Strictly NO Pets
***If cleaning requires significantly more time or effort than normal (e.g., excessive trash, stains, spills, or neglect), a minimum $150 fee will apply.

To ensure a smooth transition between guests and allow our cleaning team enough time to prepare the space, please adhere to the following check-in and check-out guidelines:

? Early check-in requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

? Check-Out:
? Check-out time: 10:00 AM
? Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fee of $150 after 30 minutes of the checkout time

?? Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM. This includes:

? Lowering voices, music, and TV volume inside the home.
? Avoiding loud conversations or gatherings on patios, balconies, or outdoor areas.
? If returning late, please be mindful when entering the property or using common areas.
