Guest：Está cerca de Pucón. Además esta caba?a es muy silenciosa y cómoda. Todos son buenísimos y limpios. Espero que vuelva de nuevo con mi familia. También la naturaleza que está cerca es muy linda. Las personas que trabajan aquí también son muy simpáticos. Y nos ayudaban mucho. Les recomiendo este lugar a todos ustedes. Vale la pena quedar aquí. Qué tan bonita
Guest：Lovely location in a peaceful forest just off the main road. We had a lovely ground floor room with an outdoor patio. The room was large, bed comfortable, there was a settee and chair so easy to enjoy the space and the bathroom was good. (Worth noting that here, as in other places in Chile, the toilet paper should go in the bin, not the toilet!) The breakfasts were large and had various options to please most people. Dinners are available and there is a nearby restaurant recommended by the owners which was a delight, Arbol. The staff are outstanding. Carolina and Julia in reception were fonts of knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. The owners, Elizabeth and Bernard, were very helpful and friendly as well. There is a lovely pool on site, pool towels provided. There are also seven cabans on the land, all privately sited and with lots of space around them. The whole place is dog friendly. You can see Volcano Villaricca gently smoking in the gaps between the trees. The hotel is located under 10km to the East of Pucon which means you ideally need a car for here. Although that opens up fantastic drives to incredible landscape in the area. The road into Pucon in the Summer can be busy but having the peace and quiet at this hotel is lovely. A definite ‘must ‘ for the independent traveller.
Guest：A home from home. For us everything about this hotel was just about perfect. Standing in 4 ha of grounds that are maintained for nature it felt like an oasis of calm. There’s a brilliant view of Villarrica volcano and at night you can watch the lava lake as it erupts lighting up the top of the volcano. The pool is small but lovely. However the thing that makes it so special are the staff and owners who go out of their way to make it special. The breakfast was great.
Guest：Walking into the log cabins in the hotel means entering into the sumptuous silence of a beautifully executed hotel . Designed to be close to nature and with staff who are there For your every need simply blew me away. The gentleness kindness thoughtfulness and comfort of the hotel was so delightful for weary travellers . We could not have asked for more from the staff who were always available and nothing was too much trouble . We didn’t fancy walking to the nearby restaurant so we chose to eat in the hotel and the most wonderful supper of soup, fresh merluza cooked to perfection and a Home made crème caramel with local berries … not to mention fabulous local wine . A fantastic nights sleep followed ! Sadly I left in a hurry and forgot the charger for my camera batteries , but nothing was too much trouble and Carolina and her fabulous team made sure it was posted and would arrive at our next stop in Torres del Paine . Such fantastic service from a hotel built with passion and love from its Austrian owner Elizabeth who we thought an absolute wonder . Thank you !
