Guest：This is not a hotel, but a sanatorium for the elderly. We really fell in the wrong place. We stayed in a suite room so it was way overpriced for what you get. Although the room is big, but very economical, you can't call it suite. Very very poor food. It was more reminiscent not of a hotel, but of poor hospital food. One receptionist is very unprofessional and unpleasant. I also didn't like the very long check-in, you have to fill out a lot of papers, you have to go to the doctor, etc... We liked only the pool area, which is quite new and comfortable. But don't be fooled by the pictures, there is no outdoor pool here, it's somewhere else... :) You have to pay extra for children, but they don't get anything, there are no children's robes, no food for children, no children's playroom, no children's pool, no procedures for children... According to the receptionist - this is a hotel for adults, not children :)) So why do I have to pay extra for children? - Become an "adults only" sanatorium. It is impossible to call the reception from the room, no one answers, no matter how many time you try. The visitors are mainly Russian-speaking pensioners who came here as a sanatorium, not as a hotel. Bad experience, waste of money..
Guest：We went basically to get good re-treatment there, and we reached our goal. 4 procedures per a day, swimming pool with water-massage and a big Jacuzzi bath. Turkish and Finnish sauna can be used every day. Bedding was changed at least 2-3 times during our 10-days stay. Breakfast, dinner and supper - big variety of salads and meals every day. It was little bit too much for us, thinking on diet. 15 min walk to the bus station, the bus station gave a bad impression of this small town, arrival point is a quite old and outdated one. Otherwise it is a small, beautiful town with many attractions.
