  • Guest：-I was a guest at Podere Le Monache on July 1-7, 2022 staying in Apartment 1. I was severly bitten by bed bugs in numerous locations on my body and had to receive physicians care. I reported this to the owner, including photos, via their web site and VRBO starting on July 9th. Sent more than 6 messages to them through August 4th. -Submitted a bed bug case to VRBO on August 8th. As of Sept 9th, this property is still active on VRBO and the owners have not responded to VRBO per their requests. Customer service at VRBO has been dismal. Twice managers were to reach out to me and have not done so. -I have never put up a negative review of a property or restaurant in the past.
