Guest：A well positioned Hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. It has a funky vibe. However slightly tired. Needs freshing up inside. Breakfast was at 9 so you had to request an earlier time. The earliest was 8:30. Staff was slow getting started in the morning. Dog droppings outside the front door for 3 days. No staff removed it. Overall rating 3/5. Too bad because it could be very good.

Karin, who handled my many messages back and forth to her, patient ly, as well as, when I was there! You could tell she really wanted to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guest：I spent 3 lovely nights at this hotel and would happily stay again. The hotel is a large renovated house in a great location in Cerro Alegre. My room was large and charming - the antique bed was sturdy and comfortable, the sheets were super soft, and the terrace with a view out to the water was nice. The bathroom had a claw foot tub with a modern shower head, good towels, and everything I needed. Everything was clean and quiet with good air quality. The staff were welcoming and helpful and I felt safe in and around the hotel. Breakfast was great and I appreciated the large water cooler available 24/7. All of this added up to make me feel at home and have a very relaxing stay at the end of a very active trip through multiple cities.
