Guest：Perfect location, right in the centre of town but once in your room you cannot hear a thing. Spacious rooms, spotlessly clean and fully equipped. Could not fault anything, Mina & Jimmy were perfect hosts, making sure we were completely happy throughout our stay.

Guest：Where to start! We could not choose a better place and better hosts to stay with! Mina and Jimmy are wonderfull people who make you feel welcomed since you enter! Always making sure we are comofrtable and have everything we need {even cleaning our room, changing our towels etc.!}, very helpfull with places to visit/tours to book etc., very knowledgable about the island. Jimmy came to pick us up from the airport and drop us there as well! He took us also to Kos, showed us around and invited us for a coffee! There are genuinly kind, friendly and caring people and you will have a great local experience which you can not buy in any resort! The room was very spacious, clean, beds comfy and we have enjoyed our stay so much! We also appreciate the kitchen and bar seating to use and a balcony as well. The place is literally 1 min walk to the beach, that you can wake up, jump out of your bed and go to see the beautiful sunrise in the pyjama, just like me :-) It is close to all the shops, restaurants, bus station, taxis, rentals , bakery, supermarket and still tucked away from the main road so you can have a good sleep and relax. I highly recommand this place for your holiday!

Guest：Great location, very near to the center of Kardamena (5 minutes max on foot). Both hosts are very friendly, they make you feel like family and they are very welcome and heartwarming. The rooms are very clean and well maintained with everything you need. Plates, cutlery, hairdryer and more. Our stay was lovely and the host even took us around the island so we could see the best parts. Lovely people, great location, will definitely come back next year. Probably in two years too. Definitely recommend it.
