Guest：Housekeeping was good. View we were promised online was not what we received. We were told we would receive a full night credit which so far we have not. It has now been seven days since we checked in. Seven days since they promised to reverse the charges of one night. Seven business days. We should have seen a credit to our account by now. We also were charged $75 for incidentals. We were told those would be refunded to us as well. They were not. When can we expect to see proper credit?: 2025-11-01
