THE SPACE
Our spacious 2-floor home, ‘The Spritz’, is ideal for groups of up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and one-half bath. Located just off Warren Street, the is a prime location with off-street driveway parking!

Accessed by its own entrance/exit, Spritz features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 8 seats and living room with high vaulted ceilings. Second-floor master bedroom features a king-size bed, and luxury linens, and is complete with a full ensuite bath. Two guest bedrooms are also located on the second level, with a full guest bathroom off of the main bedroom hall. Each of the guest bedrooms with its own Queen-size bed and luxury linens. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. A fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level. The kitchen also features a spacious center island with a built-in breakfast bar with seating. Second-floor porch off of the master overlooks a spacious landscaped backyard with illuminated palm trees and a cozy patio with seating.

Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st and 2nd floors of the building. Easily accessible and well-lit for your safety.

You will park your car(s) in the driveway to the right of the home. You may have to open the gate if not already. It is a single lane driveway. This is a very narrow driveway and is ideal for compact cars. SUV's will fit but it is an extremely tight driveway. Vehicles wider than 83" will have the most difficulty accessing the driveway.
GUEST ACCESS: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The?Wonderer?Charleston for a fee.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown.

*Access to the?Wonderer?is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay.?For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups?of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance?to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The?Wonderer?management team.

*Please also note that the property manager is not the same company as The?Wonderer?and offers
this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the?Wonderer?during your stay due to
availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit
at The?Wonderer?must be directed exclusively to The?Wonderer?staff. *

*The Wonderer also reserves the right to change prices and availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed day pass.

*Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.?

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County

*No parties

*No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside)

*No firearms

*Abide to quiet hours (10 pm - 8am)?

*Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations)
