  • Guest：We stayed at hotel ristorante da Carlos as a base for a wedding in Pisa before going on to Viareggio for a few days. The hotel itself was very welcoming and the room was everything you need from a hotel. Spacious bedroom. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Everything was very clean no issues with the room. Breakfast was included and very tasty and plentiful. The attached restaurant provided very nice meals with a local pizzeria in the village also available when the restaurant was closed Sunday evening. The customer service was amazing with the staff going above and beyond to ensure we made it to the wedding and onto our next destination. Thank you all for such a lovely stay in your hotel.
