Guest：absolutely rubbish hotel , no way did it feel 3 star hardly no cleanse in the bedroom, very thin duvet in the winter season heard banging of doors all night at check in especially explained quiet room As had to catch flight in the next morning very disappointed got sore head of banging doors horrible smell in the mouth not very clean

Guest：It's very conveniently located within walking distance of Birmingham New Street train station and right next to Chinatown, which is fantastic for those who love Chinese food. The facilities fully met our needs, and the hot water was excellent. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel offers luggage storage.
