Guest：Fabulous gardens, aviary, the gym was excellent & breakfasts were outstanding. Our last night we had dinner in: 2025-08-01

Guest：The hotel spotless and fully staffed . The hotel is beautiful and rooms to a high standard . Had it not been for a huge disappointment of not getting as advertised garden view would rate higher . The junior suite with garden view is a view of the reception canopy and a noisy road . Unhappy was shown another room one floor above same view . After a stale mate had to pay €300 to get a quite acceptable view . This was a lot lot more than if I had booked the Mountain View with ******* . Felt ripped off and marred my holiday . Had advised ******* after submitting how was check in. With reception badgering me 3 times to change review and going over same disagreement ( see pic of room with suppose garden view: 2025-10-01
