  • Guest：The hotel pretend to be 3***. Rooms are nice but the WC and the shower are not comfortable. The bed covers are super small (175/150), the pillows are uncomfortable. There are no bath amenities other then 1 soap.
  • Guest：The hotel occupies one of the most distinctive buildings in St Konstantin and Helena and enjoys taking a central location next to shops and cafes. In fact, the breakfast is served in a local cafe rather than in the hotel itself (although hotel guests can't eat breakfast in the garden for some reason.) The breakfast food was delicious. The reception is polite, rooms are clean. Our room was on the small side (at the expense of large balcony) and the shower and basin are IN the rooms and not in a separate en-suite which means you can only share with people you know very well! ;-) A couple of minor complaints that let the hotel down are the fact that while there is a coffee machine and coffee pods in the room, guests are charged per drink. There is no bottled water (free or paid for) in the mini bar to use to make coffee and there is no provision of milk, nor milk powder. We went to reception to ask for some but they said they don't provide this. The single use shower gel shampoos and miniscule. The lighting is poor around the mirror...there is a hanging light next to the mirror so I can't see to put my make up on. However the fact that access to the Aquahouse Spa is INCLUDED in the room price is a great benefit and compensated for these irritations. Also, had we booked with more notice, the room would have been cheaper. As it happens, we paid a high price for booking at short notice which probably affected how I felt about the Primorski's value for money.
  • Guest：I was forced into a situation where I needed top-quality accommodation for a month with my mother, who needed my full-time care and support. My husband found the Primorski Hotel in St Constantine and Helena near Varna The General Manager, Ms Vasilena Dzhukelova, met us and provided us with the perfect room and service, which was way beyond expectations Vasilena and her team provided continuous support, and everything was made easy for our stay. We needed disabled facilities and secure car parking and got both with everything else we needed Vasilena is a real credit to the company and to the hotel brand; her diligence and attention to detail is unmatched. We would happily stay again and would highly recommend the Primorski Hotel to anyone in the future.
