  • 会员448010：酒店位置服务都不错19年9 我是13号入住，火车是早上四点四十到火车站，坐地铁赶到酒店早上7点，大雨淋漓，湿透了我全身，酒店前台服务员说酒店规定要十点钟才可以开房，看见我全身湿透了，还是提前两个小时给我办理手续，在此非常感谢，在这里，本人有个小小的建议，以后遇到我这样的情况，望酒店管理人员，给予支持，提前一点可以办理入住手续，毕竟这样的情况还是少数，谢谢！
