Guest：We had a great experience with everyone at the Legoland Castle Hotel! I love that they make it so kid-friendly from a little scavenger hunt to open the secret box in your room to juice boxes and water bottles next to the mini fridge each day. The “model citizens” cleaning rooms were friendly to our kids every time we passed in the hallways. My son (5) got really into finding Pop Badges and we had an especially great experience with Chelsee in the gift shop who was so sweet when my kids asked her for specific badges and then they were lucky enough to find a secret holiday surprise envelope! It made their stay! Even the folks in the restaurant collecting plates were kind. When you have your hands full with three little kids, that makes a huge difference.

Guest：We purchased a package online that included hotel, parking, park entrance, and photos and it made it all very easy. Check in with Mariah was spectacular with her talking to my kids about Ryan's toy review and giving them their treasure scavenger hunt paperwork. The room was adorably decorated and CLEAN, I was so happy it didn't feel like a dirty ballpit as I feared. Instead it was quite beautiful with nice features - Lego builds in the rooms, our king size mattress was very comfortable, the bathrooms are new and the soaps are nice. The dinner at Dragon's den was good with a lovely staff and the free breakfast was excellent (I had an omelet made to order and my family had the buffet). My only complaint is we had super noisy neighbors besides the rules printed everywhere of quiet time after 10pm. Our neighbors let their kids play Legos in the hallway until almost 1 in the morning. Yep, you get all kinds of rude people in public spaces, what can ya do? So, besides that our trip was fabulous and I would recommend it for the experience the kids get while there. Lifetime memories. And Lastly, we went in December when the park was decorated for the holidays and I really thing that added a huge element of fun. Highly recommend this seasonal time.
