  • Guest user：Location was the best. You can get all you need for a business trip at Victoria Mall, food, supermarket, money changer, there is even a cinema and a nice LC Waikiki store at level 2 of the mall. Hotel facilities was good, housekeeping can be improved though, first two nights there was quite abit of ants on the table and armchairs. One morning after we came back, the room was tidy but armchairs were missing haha, they forgot to replace the towels as well. Breakfast was ok, passable for a few days. Overall a good hotel, i will still stay there for the location and price
  • Guest user：I enjoyed my stay there. It took a while to get my food but other than that, the staff is very friendly and it's a nice place. I like how it's next to the Victoria Mall and they offer free Airport shuttle.
