  • Guest user：An amazing place to be if you want to enjoy perfect hotel ambience, fresh food, super clean spa and mountains view and air ! The team is so professional, attentive and fulfills all extra wishes! We love the place and come back with pleasure again!
  • Guest user：We spent 3 night there and it was quite good experience. The staff are very friendly the spa has very high facilities and comfortable sauna aeria the breakfast was tasty and delicious. Now some other issues that was not exactly our expectations 1. We booked quite long months ago a specific room and we didn't got what we reserve. I even checked it in advance . we moved to a different type of room much smaller but good and cozy. the problem is that the hotel not excacly make attention to what the guests actually get. they need to organize again at the website because it's quite difficult to understand the rooms optional. 2. The dinner: it is not excacly high level for dinner its a an average quality some of the dishes are good some of them not and not quite enough for adults. overall the palace is nice and warmer the atmosphere is wonderful. but honestly we spent in the past in little bit better 4* hotel in the same level of price.
  • Guest user：I stayed in this beautiful, cosy hotel for a 3 night yoga retreat. The organization was excellent and I really hope to return again in the future. The staff are friendly and very attentive to your needs. The food was wonderful and the spa area was cloud 9.
