Beautiful clean room with sea view, Housekeeping fantastic nothing too much trouble, fridge filled everyday and more if needed Pools and beaches sparkling. Bars and restaurants great service and food amazing so much choice Turkish and English food. Tasty and hot. Salad areas, desert area and different theme each evening. Cocktails wow fabulous. All the staff are so friendly and helpful we will be back again.
K?a?r?e?n? ?D：Had a fabulous holiday. We arrived 29th November (winter concept). The rooms were clean, beds very comfy , and an excellent shower. The only negative was the room was way too hot, making it difficult to sleep. We eventually got a fan sent from reception. Reception were very helpful and always checking you were happy with your stay. Cleaners did an excellent job. Everywhere was kept spotlessly clean Restaurant food was good, staff also very good and attentive. We particularly liked the the beach bar and restaurant , a la Carte. Pizza were lovely and fresh. We spent time in all the bars, staff again were fabulous, always checking to see if you needed anything. The cocktails were fabulous Even though it's winter concept, they put on activities and have a bowling alley, gaming , gym and spa. I couldn't fault and would happily return to this fabulous hotel
D?a?v?i?d?W?H?u?d?d?e?r?s?f?i?e?l?d：My partner had stayed here last year and so I was looking forward to experiencing what this hotel has to offer. Transfer time was a reasonable 30 minutes. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and certainly looked the part. We were in Room 1534 (the second digit signifies the floor number). Good to have a safe and a fridge that was replenished daily. We experienced an issue with the water which was lukewarm in both the sink and the shower. This was reported, repaired (or so we thought) and then the issue returned for both the penultimate and our final day. Not something we expected to encounter in a five star hotel. The food was on the whole very good however the breakfasts were a little underwhelming. There was no bacon or mushrooms from what I could see and the quality seemed to fall short of what one would expect. Lunch and dinner were better however the sweets were very “same-y” and the cheese tasted very bland. No grapes (which was strange) or ice cream (although there was ice cream in the patisserie). Service was on the whole very good and the quality of drinks was of a very good standard, the white wine and Bailey’s in particular. The spa was adequate but nothing special. The water in the pool seemed a little cold as was the ambient temperature in the Spa.. The bowling alley was an interesting addition and we would have liked to have had a game had we been able to spare the time. The bar downstairs seemed to have a good vibe about it though the singing combo were instantly forgettable, unfortunately. The beach area was a pleasant place to be. The weather on the final day was conducive to sunbathing and it was very relaxing. It was disappointing that the sunbeds by the Spa appeared to have been left out when it had been raining and therefore the wooden base of the sunbed was wet which permeated through to the sunbed covers and ultimately to your clothes. Surely these should have been stacked away to prevent this from happening? Overall, I would say that this was a four star hotel rather than a five star hotel. It's the old adage “you pays your money, you take your choice”.
G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：Scenic hotel. Very clean. Attentive staff. Food is 5 star! Hotel has everything you could dream of. Cannot fault it. Second time here with family. Have a great kids club. Feel safe . Great location. Near to airport. Grest for families and couple. Private beach.
