  • Guest user：The reception staff are warmly and friendly, especially Victoria and Julia, they are nice and helpful
  • Guest user：The room is clean but very small. There are no slippers and no water is provided. There is no hair dryer, in fact, there is nothing. There is only a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and electric stove (I did not use any of this), but slippers and a hairdryer were needed more????
