D?r?e?a?m?e?r?2?9?4?1?3?6?1?0?4?9?0：Great little spotless hotel. Staff all great and good location with amazing views. Adequate breakfast and restaurant and bar also good. It is 2 hours to TDP but we knew this before. Location outside of town also a blessing. Not a negative, but I charged meals to room and when I paid they tried to charge in USD and had rounded up the items. I insisted on paying in CLP which they did and saved a 2nd conversion to CAD and about 90 CAD. So all in all very happy with this place.

G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：We stayed at the Best Western Puerto Natales for 5 days during our trip to see Torres del Paine, the Milodón Caves, puerto Natales and southern Patagonia. The hotel staff was wonderful, the room adequate but comfortable, the food good and the view beautiful. The hotel has just recently changed names so gets confused with the Border Glacier in downtown Puerto Natales. You will need to know this if taking a taxi or asking for directions. It is a little ways out of Puerto Natales, but you can take Ubers, taxis or rent a car. Don’t try to take an Uber from the airport, however. Take a taxi. This hotel is only 30 minutes to the Milidon Caves and about 1 1/2 hours from a Torres del Paine. It is a 5 minute drive to downtown Puerto Natales. I would stay here again:)

G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：I spent four nights here in June 2024. The hotel is modern, inviting, fashionable, very clean, and importantly in winter, very cozy and warm. The reception team were all very welcoming and helpful with advice and local recommendations and spoke excellent English. I had early morning starts and arranging a very early breakfast (before the breakfast service was due to start) was no problem. Likewise, a late check-out request was accommodated. My room (and I think all the rooms) had a wonderful view over the water with incredible mountains in the background. The bed was so comfy and the shower was excellent. The heating also worked very well (adjustable radiator) and I could also open the window if I wanted a blast of fresh air. All in all I was very comfortable and looked forward to returning to my room after a long day of hiking around. The hotel restaurant was closed when I stayed (I think because it was the off season) and so you'll need to take an Uber or taxi into the town for dinner (short, under 10 minutes, and inexpensive trip). Breakfast was a bit limited, again, given I was there in the off season, but totally adequate and filled me up for the morning. I would certainly stay here again. It was really inviting.

A localiza??o também é boa, com uma vista linda do canal de Puerto Natales. The hotel is great! Very comfortable, clean and organized. They helped us with everything we needed and answered any questions. The location is also good, with a beautiful view of the Puerto Natales, lake and mountains.
