The pink palace was lovely, bed was very comfy. The hospitality was warm and the conversation around the campfire was engaging. We flew in on a Friday and left Sunday, was just the break we needed. We will definitely be back.

We were a party of 10. Maxies Retreat suited us perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms huge. To self cater was a nice change and kitchen/bbq facilities meant we could relax and enjoy just being together whilst the outside fire created a terrific atmosphere before dinner whilst watching the sun go down as well as enjoying a beverage or 3 accompanied by cheese and bikkies. We all agreed, we would have no hesitation in staying at Corrynia Station again.

Corynnia Station was THE BEST place to tick an Outback Stay off our bucket list, experiencing the wet, the dry, thunder and lightning too! The Homestead Suite was very comfortable, roomy, and private (even our own terrace)! The delicious meals enjoyed at The Cookhouse were generous, as was the company of our hosts over coffee or drinks on their terrace. Julie and Bruce have created a green oasis of welcoming warmth and comfort in the middle of their cotton and sheep raising station. Julie's good taste and passion for decorating with found items and collectibles is a feast for the eyes in garden and home. Bruce's knowledge of cotton growing and processing, and raising Merino sheep is shared passionately. Tilda Pip, the rescue joey kangaroo was adorable, bottle fed by Julie. We learned so much, and our 4 night stay is a highlight of our 5 months in Australia. Booking with Julie is easy and both Julie and Bruce are the perfect hosts, so accommodating to guests! We have referred Corynnia to friends who have booked already! Highly recommended for A Taste of the Outback!!

My husband gave me this farm-stay experience for my 70 th birthday earlier this year. I have Stage 4 cancer and my mobility levels are dodgy so I wondered and was anxious about how much I’d be able to manage. We stayed in the cottage overlooking the wonderfully green garden watching the gorgeous flock of Guinea fowl pottering around. I’d brought my own folding chair, which I definitely needed to be able to get up and out of a chair. All the lounge furniture was lovely, but for someone like me I needed my folding chair to be comfortable. The bathroom was very accessible for me. On our amazing farm tour Bruce put a little stool in the Ute so I could get into the cabin. He was sensitive to my ability levels, which I really, really appreciated because I’m still getting used to being so useless at 70. The farm tour was amazing. Even though my husband spent his working life as a government agriculture veterinarian he was really impressed at the way modern technology is used in every aspect of farming at Corynnia. We both loved learning about land use and contemporary farming. The new shearing shed was amazing. I’d love to go back to see the sheep being shorn and the cotton being harvested and milled! The accomodation was spotless and ultra comfortable and there were thoughtful things everywhere to help your stay. The meals were delicious and so healthy. Much of the produce was grown on the farm. When we left today it had been pouring with rain and the road was challenging for our sedan. Bruce lead the way to the road ready to tow us out if we had become bogged. Thankfully all was okay except for a few slides. Bruce and Julie are to be commended on an imaginative, thoughtful and warm farm stay. We are deeply grateful and we wish them every success in the future.

We had a very relaxing couple of nights at Corynnia Station. Julie and Bruce were very welcoming without being overwhelming. We were largely left to our own devices, which suited us. It was very hot while we were there and we appreciated the use of the pool to cool off. We stayed in a lovely suite with our own entrance. Everything we needed was available, including the 'cookhouse' and BBQ. Julie provided us with the ingredients for an absolutely delicious BBQ on our second evening - fresh fish and steak, as well as home grown vegetables. I would highly recommend Corynnia Station to any couple, as well as to families whose children have not seen a working farm.
