  • Guest：We stayed here for two nights to go to an exhibition at the Turner and a gig at Dreamland. It is very handy for both. We loved our stay here. The hotel is beautifully curated even down to the pot pouring in the rooms and this adds to the feeling of luxury and style. The bed was very large and very comfortable. The bathroom well appointed and had very nice products to use. The art in the walls is so interesting and the room booklet carefully describes what the here contains in terms of art. The hotel is very well positioned and the views from the roof terrace which we used on both days were extraordinary. We have booked our next stay so suffice to say, we enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you to the staff who attended to us throughout.
  • Guest：We stayed at Fort Road Hotel for two nights in April 2026 for our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The whole wedding party took over the hotel, which made it feel really special and personal. The rooms were lovely - nicely decorated without being over the top - and the beds were very comfortable. It was just a really easy place to relax in between all the celebrations. Breakfast was great both mornings, with plenty to choose from, and everything was fresh and well done. The staff were friendly and helpful, and nothing felt like too much trouble, even with a full wedding group there. All in all, it was a brilliant place for such an important family occasion, and we’d happily stay again.

  • Guest：Perfect Margate location. Very comfortable bed and wonderful bedding. Nice sized bathroom with good shower. Excellent continental breakfast. Just be aware that the rooms are quite compact, with no room for large luggage and very limited wardrobe space.
